Breakfast
Each morning Annie cooks a specialty breakfast from her extensive repertoire of recipes, like her unique breakfast strudels. For the more adventurous, try one of Annie's Newfoundland dishes, like salmon cakes with home baked tea biscuits and scald cream. For the more traditional, there are always eggs, bacon, and sausage available. Guests may also select items from an à la carte menu that features fresh baked breads, cakes, scones, or for the lighter eaters, organic cereals, yogurts, fruit, including berries from our garden and the surrounding countryside, in addition to homemade granola and preserves. |
