RESERVATIONS POLICY AND PROCEDURES


Additional Fees
   
Please note that we are required to charge a total of 18% (15% HST, 3% Municipal Room Tax) in tax on top of the quoted room price.

Deposit and Cancellations
   All reservations require a valid credit card in order to hold a room or suite under 3 nights. Over and above, we will require one non-refundable deposit of $100. Should guests require cancellation of their reservation, we ask that notice be given 72 hours before the scheduled arrival. In the event that a cancellation is given outside of the required time, we will make a concerted effort to re-rent the room. If unsuccessful, a charge of one full night including required taxes of 18% will be charged to the guest's credit card.


Guest Services

Check in/Check out
   For purposes of preparing each room or suite for its occupants we request that guests check in no sooner than 3:00 pm. Likewise, we advise guests to check out by 11:00 am the morning of their departure. Special exceptions may be made upon request.

HST Rebate
   Each guest is charged the harmonized sales tax of 15% on their room or suite. A rebate, however, is available to guests and businesses visiting from outside Canada. Please inquire about details and applicable forms.

Internet Access
   Complimentary high-speed Internet and wireless service is available. Guests may have access to the location computer, where available, or may log onto the network once provided with a password.

Laundry Services
   As each location has laundry facilities, our staff would be happy to accommodate any guest in need of laundry services. Please inquire with the manager for the fee schedule. For the guest's convenience, each room is equipped with an iron and ironing board.

Parking
   Depending on the location, parking is available either off-street or in front of the location with the appropriate permit. We will provide you during your stay with a permit necessary to park your car. Please be advised that any permits not returned upon departure will result in a charge of $25 to the guest's credit card as a replacement fee.

Smoking & Damages
   Please be advised that all of our locations are smoke free. Upon check in each party will be required to sign an agreement stating that they understand our policy, and agree to be responsible for cleanup fee's totaling $250 should a breach be made. Likewise, any damage to the rooms, suites or locations that occurs during a guests stay, we reserve the right to assess the damage and charge the guests credit card accordingly.

Telephone Services
   Each room or suite has its own phone from which the guest may make or receive direct calls. Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be made on a guests' calling card or by operator assistance.
